Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in any activity that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks (hacking)
• Distribution of illegal content or materials

2. Harmful or Malicious Content

• Creating or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Generating content that promotes violence or terrorism
• Creating content that exploits, harms, or endangers children
• Developing tools for harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Generating content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Creating deepfakes or manipulated media for malicious purposes

3. Abusive or Discriminatory Content

• Generating hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Creating content that harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals or groups
• Developing tools for doxing or revealing private information
• Generating defamatory or libelous content

4. Misinformation and Deception

• Deliberately creating or spreading misinformation or disinformation
• Generating fake news, propaganda, or misleading content at scale
• Impersonating individuals, organizations, or entities without authorization
• Creating phishing content or social engineering attacks
• Manipulating elections or democratic processes

5. Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
• Generating content that plagiarizes or copies protected works
• Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) or access controls
• Using the Service to create unauthorized derivative works

6. Privacy Violations

• Processing personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Collecting or scraping personal information without consent
• Creating surveillance tools that violate individual privacy rights
• Sharing or exposing sensitive personal information without authorization

7. Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Creating bots or automated tools for spamming
• Flooding or overloading the Service or third-party systems
• Engaging in activities that degrade Service performance for other users
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or quotas

8. Unauthorized Access and Security

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or related systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization
• Bypassing security measures or authentication mechanisms
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized account access

9. Commercial Misuse

• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
• Providing access to the Service as part of a competing product
• Scraping or extracting data for commercial use without permission
• Using the Service to build competitive intelligence tools against PrompTick

10. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

• Using AI models to make high-stakes decisions (medical diagnoses, legal judgments, financial advice) without proper human oversight and disclaimers
• Creating AI systems designed to manipulate or exploit vulnerable populations
• Developing autonomous weapons or military applications without proper authorization
• Generating synthetic biometric data for identity theft or fraud
• Using AI to create non-consensual intimate images or deepfake pornography
• Training or fine-tuning models on data you don't have rights to use

Responsible AI Development

We encourage responsible AI development. When using the Service, you should:

• Implement appropriate safeguards and human oversight for AI-powered applications
• Clearly disclose when content is AI-generated where appropriate
• Test prompts and outputs for bias, fairness, and accuracy
• Respect user privacy and data protection regulations
• Provide appropriate disclaimers for AI-generated content or decisions
• Consider the ethical implications of your AI applications

Enforcement

No Liability for User Content

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you create. PrompTick is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of this Policy.
